As steve opens the curtains they hear a ratteling in the room

Steve: no hi e is not for someone in there is putting the cuffs to some other cuffs and tighening them. When they take him from the cellthey make ksure his hands and feet are cuffed together for the ISA knows that Andre canescape very easily
